Water Corporation in Perth WA is seeking a Senior Advisor - Lessons Management to lead the delivery, adoption and continuous improvement of the lessons management framework for major capital projects. Based in Leederville, you will ensure learnings are captured, shared with stakeholders and applied across the business.

You will have a tertiary qualification in project management and substantial experience in project assurance, reviews and business improvement, with strong analytical capabilities

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in project management or related discipline.
• Proven expertise in project assurance, project reviews, and business improvement.
• Strong analytical capabilities to assess data, identify trends and opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Enhance the lessons learned framework methods and systems for monitoring and reporting.
• Facilitate lessons learned workshops for major capital projects and priority topics.
• Support teams to conduct workshops using the established framework.
• Maintain procedures and work instructions for the framework and systems.
• Undertake audits and assessments to improve framework maturity and uptake.
• Manage training and inductions on the Lessons Management Framework.
