Job summary

Hancock Iron Ore is seeking a Senior Advisor - Learning Systems and Projects in Perth to lead the LMS strategy and improve operational training systems. • Hands-on experience with LMS and learning systems in a corporate setting.
• Experience configuring and evaluating LMS data against training records and frameworks.
• Ability to lead projects that align with Training and Competency Frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and improvement of the LMS to support operations and training teams.
• Build and maintain LMS resources, ensuring organization and performance.
• Deliver LMS projects aligned with business priorities and reporting requirements.
• Monitor system and training effectiveness using feedback and data-driven insights.
• Govern and audit LMS data, maintaining accurate training records and reporting.
• Provide user guides and training to help teams use the LMS effectively.
• Manage LMS support issues, escalate risks and coordinate with external vendors.
