Job summary

You will coordinate capability programs, develop digital learning solutions, and manage LMS activities across multiple business groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management capability development programs and learning compliance.
• Develop and maintain eLearning content and digital learning solutions.
• Administer LMS activities, including learner management, reporting, and content deployment.
• Develop dashboards and insights to monitor learning outcomes and capability effectiveness.
