Job summary

Aurecon in Adelaide is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our office, helping create an inclusive, welcoming environment for clients, visitors and employees.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a people-centred, client or customer service-focused role.
  • Experience or training in catering or event management will be highly regarded.
  • The ability to quickly learn digital collaboration tools and new systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to influence across the organisation.
  • A personable and enthusiastic nature, with a genuine passion for creating an inclusive, welcoming environment and delivering elevated service.
  • A self-starting, adaptable and resilient approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-centred environment.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for our office in Adelaide.
  • Represent Aurecon by delivering elevated experiences for clients, visitors and employees.
  • Anticipate needs, respond promptly and troubleshoot issues.
  • Coordinate events and activations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist staff, clients and visitors with practical requirements (security passes, Wi-Fi, back-office).
  • Identify opportunities to broaden workplace offerings and improve the client and employee experience.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
  • Coordinate facility-related queries, contractor coordination, maintenance and compliance.

What you’ll do
  • As a Workplace Coordinator in our Workplace team based in Adelaide, you’ll be the first point of contact for our office and help create an inclusive, welcoming environment.
  • You’ll represent our brand by providing elevated and memorable experiences for clients, visitors and employees, while supporting the team to continuously improve the office experience.
  • Anticipate client and visitor needs, respond promptly to requests and take initiative to troubleshoot problems and find solutions.
  • Work with the Workplace Lead to coordinate events and activations through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
  • Assist staff, clients and visitors with practical requirements, including security passes, Wi-Fi access and back-office activities.
  • Identify opportunities to broaden our workplace offering and improve the client and employee experience.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients and vendors, helping model strong experience delivery across multiple locations.
  • Coordinate facility-related queries, contractor coordination, maintenance and compliance activities.
