Job summary

Wesley Mission is seeking a Senior Adviser, Service Design & Productisation in Sydney to lead the design and scaling of innovative service models that respond to community need. You will shape concepts, value propositions and growth pathways, driving readiness for new funding and commissioning opportunities.

Reporting to the Head of Impact & Growth, you will partner with service leaders and growth teams to translate complex ideas into investable, sustainable offerings while supporting business

Qualifications

• Experience in service design, productisation, program development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of commissioning, funding, growth or service sustainability.
• Experience working with community services, government, social impact or not-for-profit organisations.
• Ability to translate complex service models into clear and compelling propositions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience supporting business cases, proposals, grant applications or tender submissions.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams and priorities.

We are looking for a Senior Adviser, Service Design & Productisation to help identify, design and grow innovative service models that respond to community need and strengthen Wesley Mission's impact across NSW and beyond.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Impact & Growth, you will lead service design and productisation activities that help transform great ideas into scalable, investable and sustainable service offerings. You will work closely with service leaders, subject matter experts and growth specialists to strengthen existing programs, identify new opportunities and improve Wesley Mission's readiness for future funding and commissioning opportunities.

This is a strategic and hands-on role. You will help shape service concepts, clarify value propositions, develop service models and support growth initiatives across a diverse portfolio of community services. You will also contribute specialist expertise to funding submissions and growth opportunities, helping program teams articulate compelling, evidence-based solutions.
