Wesley Mission supports Lifeline Sydney & Sutherland and seeks a Fundraising & Partnerships Manager to lead fundraising, philanthropy and partnerships for a six-month contract. You will build relationships with donors, foundations, trusts, and corporate partners to secure funding and grow income streams.

Reporting to the Group Manager, you will develop and deliver integrated fundraising initiatives, manage portfolios, and ensure we meet income targets with transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in fundraising, philanthropy and partnership development.
• Proven success securing major gifts, grants, corporate partnerships, sponsorships or philanthropic funding.
• Experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies that achieve sustainable income growth.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent proposal writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Sound financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience using CRM or donor management systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience in the not-for-profit, mental health or community services sector.
• Knowledge of the Lifeline movement.
• Established networks within Sydney's philanthropic, corporate or community fundraising sectors.

We are seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Fundraising & Partnerships Manager to lead our fundraising, philanthropy and partnership activities for an exciting six-month contract opportunity.

This is an outstanding role for a strategic fundraiser who is passionate about community impact and has a proven ability to secure philanthropic support, develop corporate partnerships, and grow sustainable income streams.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group Manager, Lifeline Sydney & Sutherland, you will lead the development and delivery of fundraising, philanthropy and partnership initiatives that strengthen the financial sustainability and community impact of our local services. You will build and manage relationships with donors, philanthropic organisations, trusts and foundations, corporate partners, community groups and other key stakeholders.

You are an accomplished fundraising professional who can successfully engage supporters, inspire investment and develop strategic partnerships that deliver measurable outcomes.
