Job summary

Allcast Precast, a family-values manufacturing business on the Sunshine Coast, is seeking a Senior Administrator to join the pool production and logistics team. The role blends office-based administration with autonomous work and customer communications in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in an administration role, ideally in production/manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organisational skills.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and operate admin processes to support pool production and delivery.
• Coordinate supplier deliveries, manage stock, and reconcile orders.
• Engage customers regarding deliveries and post-sales queries.
• Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely pool deliveries.
