Job summary

Senior Administration Officer role within the Neuroscience and Rehabilitation unit at Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) at The Royal Adelaide Hospital. You will help keep services running smoothly while supporting our teams and patients.

Lead and supervise ASO2 staff; manage admin, finance, HR and payroll support; coordinate rooms, telehealth, clinics and meetings; manage referrals and allocate appointments.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills with initiative and customer focus.
• Ability to lead and supervise staff confidently.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, databases and reporting systems.
• Knowledge of WHS, HR principles and relevant legislation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
