Job summary

Gold Coast Health is seeking a Senior Administration Officer to support the Medical Education Unit, providing confidential administrative services and handling compliance submissions for the Medical Board of Australia and AMC.

You will work autonomously, contribute to process improvements, and build knowledge of the National Framework for Prevocational Medical Training to support international medical graduates and clinical departments.

Qualifications

• Experience providing confidential administrative support in a professional setting.
• Familiarity with compliance paperwork and regulatory submissions.
• Understanding of or ability to learn national medical training frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential administrative support to the Medical Education Unit.
• Assist with compilation and submission of compliance paperwork for the Medical Board of Australia and AMC.
• Develop and maintain understanding of the National Framework for Prevocational Medical Training.
• Work autonomously and exercise sound judgement to manage emergent problems.
• Contribute to review and continuous improvement of administrative processes and workflows.
