Job summary

Royal North Shore Hospital is seeking a dynamic and motivated Administration Manager to lead and strengthen our administrative services, ensuring clinicians and healthcare teams have the support they need to deliver outstanding patient care.

Reporting to senior management, the Administration Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary administrative workforce, driving service excellence and continuous improvement across the service.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in health management or equivalent experience.
• Experience in KPI reporting to identify performance trends and drive quality improvement.
• Ability to manage resources within budget parameters.
