Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B experience in sales or partnership roles selling technology products.
• Excellent communication to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision making.
• Bilingual in Japanese and English; strong written and verbal skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• +5 years of sales management experience leading teams.
• Experience selling enterprise cloud.
• Deep understanding of programmatic ad tech and marketing automation.
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Align with partner on short- to long-term goals and develop Joint Business Plan (JBP).
• Lead the execution of the JBP and achieve key goals.
• Understand advertisers' business and marketing goals and craft plans to use Amazon ad tech solutions.
• Identify key decision makers and build relationships to gain support for execution plans.
• Understand Amazon ad tech strategies and contribute to AU market growth.
• Own product functions and sales programs, develop strategies, and report results.
