Acast, a leading podcast marketplace, is seeking an experienced Senior Ad Ops Manager to own the end-to-end post-sales process for AU/NZ campaigns. You will manage host-read, dynamic insertion, programmatic, sponsorship, and branded content workstreams, ensuring seamless execution and revenue delivery.
Based in Australia, you will mentor the local Ad Ops team, build scalable workflows, and partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering to meet contractual targets and platform standards.

Its marketplace spans more than 140,000 podcasts, 3,300 advertisers, and one billion quarterly listens. About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Ad Ops Manager to drive operational excellence across our local Australian and New Zealand markets. Working as a key regional partner within our Global Team, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end post-sales ecosystem across host-read, dynamic insertion, programmatic, sponsorship, branded podcast, and video campaigns.
Based in Australia, you will focus on campaign management excellence and serve as a strategic bridge between local Sales, Content, Finance, Product, and Engineering building scalable workflows, driving revenue delivery, and mentoring our local team to ensure seamless campaign execution and world‑class support for our Advertisers and Creators.

While we do operate with a high degree of trust and flexibility for our employees, the expectation for this role is to be present in our Sydney office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates should be within a commutable distance to accommodate this schedule. Monday and Friday are optional days but office attendance may occasionally be required.
