We’re looking for an experienced Digital Campaign Executive to join our passionate and high performing Ad Ops team based in Sydney.
What does your day-to-day look like?
- Manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across audio, video, display, and other digital products, ensuring timely and accurate setup, execution, and delivery.
- Traffic and implement creative assets (audio, video, display, rich media, and third-party tags), ensuring alignment with campaign specifications and technical requirements.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns are configured correctly, tracking is firing as expected, and all campaign requirements have been met prior to launch.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance, proactively identifying delivery risks and implementing optimisation strategies to maximise campaign success.
- Analyse campaign data and reporting to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend performance improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve campaign, tracking, creative, and ad-serving issues in collaboration with Ad Tech, Product, Sales, and Support teams.
- Manage the implementation and validation of tracking pixels, conversion measurement, and third-party reporting solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Managers, Product, Ad Tech, and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery and a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, reporting, and workflow updates in accordance with business processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational efficiencies, process enhancements, and automation opportunities.
- Ensure campaigns adhere to industry standards, privacy regulations, brand safety requirements, and ad quality guidelines.
What you'll need:
- Experience in digital advertising, ad operations, campaign management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising fundamentals, including ad serving, targeting, video, audio, display, measurement, and reporting.
- Experience working with advertising platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Adswizz or similar technologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, and creative implementation issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, external partners, and clients.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns to achieve performance objectives and revenue targets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Experience using reporting tools, spreadsheets, and campaign analytics platforms to support optimisation and decision-making.
- A customer-first approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and campaign outcomes.
