Job summary

Sleek is recruiting a Senior Accountant to join our Perth team and help support SME clients with accounting, BAS lodgements, and insightful financial reporting. You will manage client records, collaborate with tax and bookkeeping teams, and provide payroll support while ensuring Australian regulatory compliance.

With a focus on data quality and timely communications, you will play a key role in growing our Western Australia branch, building strong client relationships and delivering actionable

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years as an Accountant in an accounting/finance firm or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS with GST/payroll reconciliations.
• Maintain full sets of accounts across client portfolio using cloud systems (Xero, Dext).
• Oversee AP/AR processes, invoicing, payments and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and tax teams to ensure ledger integrity.
• Assist in monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Provide payroll support and client advisory to Australian SMEs.
