Job summary

Sleek is expanding its Western Australia team in Perth. We seek a Senior Accountant to deliver BAS/IAS lodgements, maintain clean financial records and provide actionable insights to SME clients.

You will manage client relationships, ensure GST compliance, and work with Xero and Dext in a fast-growing, tech-enabled services environment. We value communication, initiative and the ability to translate complex numbers into clear business guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience as an Accountant within an accounting firm.
• Experience preparing corporate tax returns is a plus.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS with GST/payroll liabilities reconciled.
• Maintain full sets of accounts across a client portfolio using Xero/Dext.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, collections, payments and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and tax teams for ledger integrity and smooth operations.
• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Provide payroll support and maintain clear client communications.
