ACCIONA Infrastructure delivers major civil, transport, water, tunnelling and building projects across Australia and New Zealand. The Senior Accountant role sits within the Finance function, and supports financial reporting as the business grows its delivery pipeline.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will own month-end and year-end close, prepare statements, and lead two direct reports. You will guide audits and provide technical accounting expertise across the business.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent credential, either completed or nearing.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience in a medium/large organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements and reconciliations
• Deliver statutory and regulatory financial reporting requirements
• Guide and develop two direct reports
• Partner with budget managers on forecasting and variance analysis
• Strengthen internal financial controls and compliance
• Support audit activity and provide technical accounting advice
