ACCIONA Infrastructure delivers major civil, transport, water, tunnelling and building projects across Australia and New Zealand. This Senior Accountant role sits within the Finance function, employed through GEOTECH PTY LTD, and supports the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting as the business grows its infrastructure delivery pipeline.

You will own month-end and year-end close, prepare financial statements and reconciliations, and provide technical accounting expertise.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
• CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent qualification, either completed or nearing completion

Responsabilidades

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements and reconciliations
• Deliver statutory and regulatory financial reporting
• Guide and develop two direct reports
• Partner with budget managers on forecasting and variance analysis
• Strengthen internal financial controls and compliance
• Support audit activity and provide technical accounting advice
