Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a District Manager to lead the Queensland Food & Beverage team. You will coach Account Managers, build strong customer partnerships and drive sustainable growth across the region.

The role requires experience in leading sales or customer-facing teams, a passion for developing people, and strong stakeholder management across multiple levels. Industrial/manufacturing experience is preferred and F&B exposure is advantageous.

• Passion for helping people grow and succeed.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence, collaborate and build trust at all levels.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, technical or related environments.
