Job summary

Upstairs is a strategy-first marketing and creative agency in Northbridge seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead high-retention, strategy-led accounts and drive long-term growth. You’ll own key client relationships, guide performance conversations, and collaborate with designers, developers, and data analysts across retail, events, agriculture, mining and more.

You’ll run your own accounts, manage timelines, and present data-led recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in agency account management or multi-client work.
• Broad digital knowledge across paid search, SEO, CRM and digital project management.
• Ability to read campaign performance and turn it into actionable recommendations clients buy into.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own client relationships across retainer and project clients in retail, events, agriculture, mining, and more.
• Maintain develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across our client base.
• Chair regular reviews: honest, data-led, and focused on long-term growth.
• Be the primary strategic contact clients turn to for performance and directional advice.
• Lead annual strategic planning and campaign roadmaps across your account portfolio.
• Work alongside our data analyst to turn performance insights into clear, confident client conversations.
• Spot the long-term growth opportunities each client is ready for.
• Brief our designers, developers, and media specialists with enough context to do their best work.
• Be the last set of eyes on anything that leaves the building under your client's name.
• Inspire and mentor team members across the agency.
