Heads & Tales Content Agency in Sydney is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead a portfolio of B2B and B2C client accounts, owning relationships and the commercial performance across owned channels.

You'll mentor Account Managers and Account Executives, coordinate editorial, design and production teams, and drive growth from first idea to proposal with a focus on delivering high-quality work and measurable results.

Competenze

• Around 5+ years of account or client management experience, including looking after accounts on your own.
• A track record with senior client stakeholders, where clients come to you for advice, not just updates.
• Real commercial ownership: managed account budgets, margin, utilisation and forecasts.
• Experience growing existing accounts, from spotting opportunities to shaping proposals.
• Experience mentoring more junior team members; formal line management is a bonus.
• Familiarity with owned media concepts and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
