Job summary

Publicis Groupe in Sydney is seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be the go-to contact for client accounts, leading day-to-day communications and ensuring seamless campaign delivery across shopper, experiential, eCommerce, and media spaces.

You will collaborate with senior team members to plan and execute activations end-to-end while building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong project management skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client relationship abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs and support proposal development, including timelines, cost scoping, and creative input.
• Manage campaign execution from start to finish, ensuring delivery within budget and quality.
• Lead client communications, including WIP meetings and reporting.
• Prepare accurate studio briefs and proof creative outputs for quality and compliance.
• Oversee campaign reporting with data analysts, crafting insights and presenting results.
• Manage budgets and supplier quotes, ensuring financial accuracy and margin delivery.
• Support senior team members with large-scale estimates and independently create smaller estimates.
