Ogilvy Australia is seeking an experienced Freelance Account Director to lead relationships across two key accounts in FMCG and government. This senior role focuses on delivering strategically strong, creatively excellent work while managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced agency environment.

You’ll split time across two accounts, navigate diverse client needs, and drive campaigns from briefing through production.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Account Director within an integrated agency.
• Strong track record leading integrated campaigns and managing senior client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, stakeholders and competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client relationships, building trust and acting as a strategic partner across both accounts.
• Oversee integrated advertising campaigns from briefing and creative development through to production and execution.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities and timelines across two distinct client portfolios.
• Work closely with creative, strategy, production and media teams to deliver high-quality work.
• Provide clear direction to account teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief and to a high standard.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments, confidently managing feedback, expectations and approvals.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and provide proactive recommendations.
• Manage budgets, resourcing, scopes and project profitability.
