Cushman & Wakefield in Sydney is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to oversee a diverse client portfolio. You will ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations across maintenance, contractor management, financial performance and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced government environment.

The role requires strong budgeting, risk management and incident response capabilities, plus the ability to drive continuous improvement, audits and reporting while maintaining high service delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Facilities Management or related field.
• Knowledge of building operations, maintenance and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Manage an assigned portfolio of client properties across the WOAG account.
• Act as the primary point of contact for reactive maintenance issues and critical incidents.
• Coordinate contractors to ensure SLA and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct property inspections and NABERS-related activities.
• Develop and maintain asset lifecycle plans and asset registers.
• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programs.
• Manage operational budgets, maintenance expenditure, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Approve and reconcile invoices and maintain financial controls.
• Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations and KPIs.
• Support business continuity planning and incident response.
• Drive innovation, process improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain accurate systems, records and reporting.
• Participate in audits and ensure WHS and environmental compliance.
