Swift Personnel's client in Sydney's Padstow is seeking an experienced 3PL Warehouse Administrator to join their fashion 3PL logistics team. Manage customer enquiries via email and Freshdesk, support day-to-day warehouse administration, monitor orders and inventory, and liaise with warehouse, transport and operations teams.

Ideal candidates have 3PL warehouse administration and inventory management experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries primarily through email and Freshdesk.
• Support day-to-day 3PL warehouse administration.
• Monitor orders, inventory and deliveries.
• Liaise with warehouse, transport and operations teams.
• Resolve customer enquiries and delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate customer, order and inventory information.
• Assist with KPIs and service-level requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively.
