Job summary

Personalised Freight Management in Sydney seeks an experienced 3PL Warehouse Operations Coordinator. This role coordinates the daily flow of work through the warehouse, ensuring inbound/outbound activities are planned, prioritized and completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ability to review orders, manifests and customer requirements with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse workload and operational priorities.
• Review incoming freight and plan receiving requirements.
• Monitor progress and escalate issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate requirements to the warehouse team and customers.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate warehouse and inventory records.
• Manage a high volume of operational emails.
• Work with customers to resolve enquiries and incidents.
