Amazon Business is seeking a Senior Account Manager to accelerate growth of 3P Seller Services in Australia. You will own end-to-end strategy, drive adoption of AB features, and partner with Account Managers to scale engagement across head and tail sellers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication management.
• Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• own the end-to-end strategy for growing business-relevant selection on AB and driving AB feature adoption across the Australian 3P Seller base, setting measurable targets and reporting on progress;
• build mechanisms to engage with head Sellers through their existing Account Managers and delivering results through others rather than only managing Seller relationships directly;
• equip Account Managers with the right data, insights, talk tracks, and resources so they can confidently consult Sellers on the value of AB features and drive adoption;
• create scalable mechanisms for mass engagement of torso and tail Sellers who do not have dedicated Account Managers, leveraging AI to deliver personalised outreach at scale;
• influence the Seller feature roadmap, innovate and drive Seller experience improvements by working backwards from the Voice of the Seller;
• analyse Seller performance data to identify high-impact adoption opportunities, measure the effectiveness of engagement programs, and iterate on approach;
• collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Seller Account Management and Seller Support teams to align on go-to-market strategies and remove adoption friction.
