Lumia Care Pty is seeking Community Support Workers in the Eastern suburbs (Maroubra, Randwick, Bellevue Hill) to assist elderly clients at home with social support, transport, shopping, and outings. Flexible hours and a supportive team culture make this a rewarding role.

We provide paid induction, ongoing training, and a $500 signing bonus (T&C apply). A valid driver’s license and first aid are required; Greek language is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in community or aged care settings is preferred.
• Current First Aid certification is desirable.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle required.

Responsabilités

• Provide social support, transport, shopping assistance and meaningful outings.
• Deliver personal care with dignity and assist with domestic tasks.
• Support independence and accompany clients in the community.
• Maintain documentation and clear communication with the care team.

We have an exciting opportunity for Community Support Workers to join our growing team in the Eastern suburbs region ( Maroubra, Randwick, Bellevue Hill) supporting elderly clients living in their homes and making a genuine difference every day with flexible hours, rewarding work, and a great team culture.

About The Role

• Your role will involve supporting clients in the community by providing social support, transport, shopping assistance and meaningful outings in the community. Delivering personal care with dignity and helping clients stay independent at home through domestic support, meal preparation and warm, reliable companionship.

• Wide variety of shifts available Monday – Friday 7am-3pm (minimum 2 days availability required)
• $500 signing bonus (T&C's apply)

What we are looking for

• A passionate, caring and empathetic personality is a MUST.
• GREEK Speaking is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn new skills on the job through training.
• Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable, current Nursing students will also be considered.
• Experience in aged care within the community is highly desirable.
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is a MUST.
• Current First Aid certificate, Police check, NDIS Worker screening check and Working with Children Check (mandatory) or willingness to obtain.
