Job summary

GTE Technology is seeking a skilled Project Manager to deliver projects from design through site delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality are met. You will collaborate with Project Engineers, Manufacturing Support, Production, R&D, Sales, Electrical, Commissioning and Finance to achieve business objectives.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will oversee planning, execution and control of projects, manage risks, engage customers, and report progress and quality to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or site installation.
• Proven track record delivering projects up to AUD 25M.
• Knowledge of seed processing equipment or similar industry.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing resource planning.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to travel across Australia and New Zealand under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution and completion of projects including timelines, budgets and resource plans.
• Monitor scope, costs and schedules to meet customer specifications.
• Lead project meetings, track milestones and resolve delays quickly.
• Develop and implement risk management plans and mitigation strategies.
• Keep project documentation accurate and up to date.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and translate into deliverables.
• Report on project progress and quality performance to management and customers.
• Work with Finance and ERP systems to build capability across the organization.
• Coordinate with partners, suppliers and industry bodies to ensure standards.
