Job summary

GME is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our PMO and drive the delivery of complex new product development programs. You will coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and manage risk to ensure projects meet technical, commercial and delivery objectives.

You'll lead projects through concept to production, balancing scope, schedule, cost and quality in a highly regulated environment while driving continuous improvement of delivery frameworks and tools.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex engineering or new product development projects.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance scope, schedule, cost and quality in regulated environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of new product development projects.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Electronics, Firmware, Mechanical, Manufacturing and Product functions.
• Facilitate design reviews, project milestone reviews and governance activities.
• Identify project risks, dependencies and delivery challenges before they impact project outcomes.
• Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, cost and quality targets.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical activities stay aligned with objectives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and reporting.
• Support the transition of products from development into manufacturing and production.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks, processes and tools.
