Job summary

Wilson Security is seeking an experienced Service Technician for Tullamarine, VIC. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, and alarm systems across a varied client base, delivering on-site projects safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware/software issues, coordinating repairs, and providing expert client support to maintain top-tier service levels. You will manage client asset fleets and generate detailed service reports.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or higher in a relevant technical discipline such as ICT, Systems, Security Installation, Telecommunications, or Electrical.
• Current Security Licence Installer/Certification (required).
• White Card (required).
• Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket (required).
• Experience with Lenel, Axis & Gallagher security platforms or certifications will be viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and coordinate repairs.
• Deliver on-site installation projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Provide technical support and advice to clients to ensure high service levels.
• Prepare accurate service reports and recommendations for clients.
