Job summary

Millennium Services Group is seeking a Security Supervisor for a premium Doncaster, VIC site. The role requires 2+ years of security supervisory experience, strong leadership, and professional presentation. You will lead a team, oversee CCTV and site operations, and manage client relationships on site.

Full-time position with a Level 5 grade, generous discretionary bonus, and sign-on bonus. The roster runs Tue–Fri 8:00–18:00 and Sat 9:00–18:00.

Qualifications

• Valid Security Licence is a must.
• Valid Driver's Licence.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• Security supervisory or management experience of 2 years preferred.
• Previous experience in a retail environment (highly regarded).
• Strong leadership skills and a professional presentation.
• Reliable transportation (preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• The ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage client relationships and stakeholders on site
• A proven track record of reliability and punctuality

Responsibilities

The Role

Millennium is currently seeking a highly motivatedSecurity Supervisorto manage one of our Premium Shopping Center sites in Doncaster, VIC.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ security management or supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a professional presentation.

The role requires someone reliable, responsible, and capable of leading the team while maintaining high security and operational standards.

Position available: Full-time

ROSTER

Tuesday to Friday: 8:00 to 18:00

Saturday: 9:00 to 18:00
