Job summary

Brave Security is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our footprint across Townsville and surrounding markets. You will identify new opportunities in commercial, strata and industrial sectors, build strong client relationships, and tailor security solutions to each brief.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close, collaborate with internal teams, and aim to consistently exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales, in security or tech preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with electronic security systems is desirable.
• Valid driver's license and working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within commercial, strata, and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present tailored security solutions to meet client needs.
