Job summary

ACESGroup is seeking proactive Visitor Services Rangers to join our team across metropolitan Sydney. This outdoor role puts you at the public face of the organisation, with multiple site environments and opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities include patrols, asset protection, and excellent customer service. Essential criteria: NSW 1A Security Licence held 12 months, Full NSW Driver Licence, First Aid/CPR, RSA, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• NSW 1A Security Licence held for at least 12 months.
• Full NSW Driver Licence.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Current RSA Competency Card.
• Customer service experience and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Patrols & site security to protect assets and people.
• Operate and report via security technology platforms.
• Deliver high‑quality visitor service and respond to incidents.
