Qualifications

• Current Australian security licence and driver’s licence are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support a team of security officers.
• Oversee daily security operations and ensure site procedures are followed.
• Manage control room operations, including CCTV monitoring, radio communications and incident reporting.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergency situations.
• Conduct regular site checks and ensure security standards are maintained.
• Act as a key point of contact for staff, management and client representatives.
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to security officers.
