Wilson Security is seeking Security Officers for the Control Room in Geelong's CBD. You will join a well-known client and support a 24-hour operations team with a focus on vigilance, clear communication, and sound decision-making.

Applicants must hold a Victorian Security Licence, NV1 eligibility, and have control room experience. The role starts casual with a path to full-time, with day and night shifts on a 4-week rotation.

About the roles

• Must be an Australian Citizen

• Roster: Rotating between four weeks of day shifts and four weeks of night shifts.
• Shift times: Days 06:30–18:30; nights 18:30–06:30.
• Employment type: Initially casual, with a transition to full-time employment.

To be successful in this role, you will require

• Current Victorian Security Licence
• Excellent communication and situational awareness
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
• Strong attention to detail
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Full drivers license
• Must be professionally presented well
• Strong customer service skills
• Control room experience
