Job summary

Executive Risk Solutions (ERS) is seeking security officers at all career stages across varied sites in Western Australia to protect people, assets and reputation.

You'll take ownership, work confidently unsupervised or with a team, follow ERS procedures, and participate in a premium service delivery with ongoing training. This role offers career progression as ERS expands its service offering and provides opportunities across concierge, gatehouse, control room and general security duties.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Calm and composed under pressure with the ability to manage tense situations.
• Solid understanding of security protocols and procedures.
• High level of observation and situational awareness.
• Able to work autonomously or as part of a team across varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide security across concierge, gatehouse, control room and general duties.
• Take ownership of your role and deliver a premium service to clients.
• Follow ERS and client security procedures at all sites.
• Work confidently with or without supervision.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
