Job summary

EXEC Security is seeking highly motivated Security Officers for Part-Time and Full-Time roles in Geelong, VIC. A part-time opportunity is available with immediate start, and flexibility to cover a 7-day roster is essential.

Successful candidates will bring strong communication, reliability and teamwork, supported by mandatory VIC Security Licence, First Aid/CPR, Working With Children Check and National Police Check. Full working rights in Australia are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills with a calm, professional approach.
• Reliability, punctuality and a proactive attitude in a security role.
• Able to work across a rotating 7-day roster and manage priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and risk-awareness on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment across assigned sites
• Conduct patrols and monitor site activity
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency
• Complete accurate and timely incident reports
• Identify and escalate risks, hazards and security concerns
• Deliver a high standard of customer service to clients and stakeholders
• Undertake general security and administrative duties as required

A Part Time opportunity is available and an immediate start on offer, this role is ideal for individuals who are driven, reliable and take pride in delivering exceptional service.

Due to the nature of our operations, flexibility and availability across a 7 day roster is essential.

Key Responsibilities
