Job summary

Securitas Australia AB is seeking a Full-time Security Officer in Victoria (VIC). The role focuses on delivering high‑level security and customer service for a global client, with shift timing from Monday to Friday, 0600–1800.

Candidates should hold a valid Security Licence, have strong communication skills, and be reliable to work independently or as part of a team. You will monitor access control, operate site systems, and maintain logs while upholding Securitas’ values of Integrity, Vigilance

• Operate gates and barriers, maintain accurate logs and conduct authorised inspections where required.
• Deliver professional customer service, demonstrating Securitas’ core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.
• Monitor available security systems, manage traffic flow and respond to incidents in line with site procedures.
• Report security concerns, equipment faults and safety hazards, maintaining accurate records.

About the role

Due to our continued and rapid growth in the Australian market, Securitas has an exciting position available for a Full time Security Officer to join our business and work for a very well‑known global client in VIC.

The Security Officer

must be able to deliver an exceptional level of security and customer service. Those with a strong customer service background coupled with a Security License are encouraged to apply. We have both Full Time and Part time opportunities available for this role.

Shift Timing: Mon-Fri (0600 - 1800)

Pay rate: SSIA Level 4
