About the Role

Due to rapid growth in the Australian market, Securitas has exciting opportunities forFT - Loading Dock Security Officerto join our team. You will work across a variety ofhigh-profile corporate sitesin the Melbourne.

In this role, you will deliver an exceptional standard of security and customer service, always maintaining safety and professionalism. We particularly encourage applications from individuals with a strong customer service background paired with a current VIC Security License.

Skills and Requirements

• VIC Security License(current)
• First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 and HLTAID010)andCPR Certificate (HLTAID009)
• Australian/New Zealand Citizenship
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer systems/software (e.g., Microsoft Suite, visitor sign-in systems)
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Prior experience in a concierge, hosting, or customer-facing role is highly regarded
• Positive attitude, initiative, and discretion
• Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
