We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused professional to the ICC Sydney Security team who is passionate about Security in the role of Security Officer at a full-time capacity. As a Security Officer, you will be an integral member of the ICC Sydney team, responsible for maintaining the safety and security of customers, team members and company property. As a customer-facing role, you will handle stakeholder interactions with diplomacy and respect, providing advice and solutions to suit the needs of the client and ICC Sydney all while maintaining vigilance over ICC Sydney assets. This role is primarily a building security role with exposure to events. The position would suit a Security professional who enjoys changing pace, from shift to shift. This role will require 24/7 availability and work off a rotating (four shifts on, four shifts off) roster, 12 hours per shift. Security shifts can be quite active in relation to events and clientele, sometimes walking up to 10,000 steps per shift across our precinct, to the next shift which may need you to switch focus on administration duties such as audits, inspections, and reporting.
