Job summary

ICC Sydney is seeking a professional, enthusiastic Control Room Operator to join our Security Department on a full-time basis. You will monitor CCTV, manage access control and coordinate incident responses across multiple stakeholders, maintaining vigilance over ICC Sydney assets.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years in security, NSW Security Licence 1A, First Aid, and RSA certificates, with valid working rights in Australia and a composed, proactive approach to security operations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in Security will be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and access control to ensure security and safety.
• Coordinate incident responses with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Communicate in a composed, diplomatic way and provide practical solutions while protecting ICC Sydney assets.

About thisopportunity:

ICC Sydneyare looking for a professional, enthusiastic and operationally savvy ControlRoom Operator to join our Security Department on a full-time basis.

You will play a crucial role withinthe Security team from managing multiple moving parts and a vast array ofstakeholders, including monitoring CCTV, managing access control and ensuringeffective coordination of incident responses. You will handle interactions in acomposed, respectful and diplomatic way, providing advice and solutions to suitthe situation while maintaining vigilance over ICC Sydney assets.

This role will suit a Securityprofessional looking for that next step in Security Operations. You enjoy awork pace and focus that changes from shift to shift. You are a naturallycomposed, pragmatic person and a natural and logical communicator able to putprocess and procedure into operational action and tangible results.

This role works across a 4 day on, 4day off (2 day shifts, 2 overnight shifts) rotating roster comprising of12-hour shifts.
