Our ideal candidate is aconfident Food & Beverage operational leader with a proven track record indelivering large and complex events, and high-volume food & beverage servicespreferably within large scale events venues or sports arenas. You shouldpossess a passion and deep understanding of food & beverage operations,including operational delivery, security, risk, and safety and proven successin managing complex operations with onsite execution. Excellent written andverbal communication skills are essential, to create relationships with bothinternal and external stakeholders, assisting in the delivery of world classevents.
