ICC Sydney is seeking a detail‑oriented Contact Centre Team Member to join our Building Services and Sustainability Team on a full‑time basis. You’ll be the central point of contact for operational and facilities maintenance, triaging work requests and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure client success.
You will handle inquiries via phone, email, radio, and service portal, perform data entry, and monitor tasks for reactive and planned maintenance.

Being the central point of contact for operational and facilitiesmaintenance support, the Contact Centre interacts with multiple stakeholders,both internal and external to ICC Sydney. The team is responsible for thetriage and delegation of work requests to ensure ICC Sydney delivers successfor our clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities and duties of this role includes answering andactioning inquiries from team members, contractors and stakeholders via use ofphone, email, radio and the service portal as well as data entry and monitoringof work requests for reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
To be successful in this role youwill have strong attention to detail, the ability to interact with variousstakeholders, be able to make decisions on service delivery and have in-depthunderstating of how ICC Sydney operates.
