ICC Sydney is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead and support a diverse team across events, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will coordinate with kitchen, logistics and event operations to ensure seamless service while upholding safety and world-class hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years industry experience including two years in a supervisory role.
• Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large operational teams.
• Working knowledge of WH&S legislation, risk assessment practices, food safety standards and NSW liquor laws and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to work in a team or autonomously with minimal direction.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• You must be 18 years or over.

Youroutstanding communication skills enable you to build strong relationships withcolleagues, clients, and stakeholders, contributing to the successful deliveryof world-class events.

In this role, you will:
