Certis Security Australia is seeking proactive, customer‑focussed Casual Events Security Officers to join our elite ACT team. You’ll stand at major events, ensuring safety while delivering excellent service and a welcoming presence for fans and attendees.

Qualifications

• Valid ACT Security Licence with Crowd Control endorsement.
• First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Previous customer service or security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Certis professionally at a wide range of events.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring public safety.
• Conduct security patrols, crowd control, and escort duties.
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies.
• De-escalate conflict situations calmly and confidently.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and logs.
