Job summary

MTP Services is seeking Siebel Designers to support a long-term engagement with a Federal Government client in Brisbane. The role focuses on delivering business and systems analysis, functional design and solution support for Siebel CRM and integrated systems.

You will work with business, policy, project and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse impacts, and develop fit-for-purpose designs that enable ongoing improvements, regulatory changes and reform initiatives across the

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Siebel CRM and related business processes.
Experience delivering business and systems analysis for CRM platforms.
Ability to analyse requirements and develop fit-for-purpose solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with business analysts and staff to determine business requirements.
Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements and present designs.
Collaborate with architects, UX designers, product design assurance and developers to ensure feasibility and standards.
Develop and document detailed functional design specifications, user stories and diagrams.
Review colleagues' design deliverables and perform confidence checks of built functionality.
Coordinate implementation of solution designs with stakeholders and manage dependencies.
Analyse and resolve design issues raised during development and post go-live.
