Job summary

Softtest pays pty ltd seeks a Systems Analyst – Siebel Designer to deliver specialist business and systems analysis for the Siebel CRM platform and related systems within an aged care digital services program.

You will work with business, policy and technical stakeholders to analyse requirements, develop fit‑for‑purpose designs and support successful delivery across the system lifecycle, including enhancements and post‑release activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience delivering business and systems analysis across Siebel CRM.
• Knowledge of government ICT environments and complex IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Determine business requirements with analysts and external agencies.
• Plan workshops and present design solutions to stakeholders.
• Develop and document functional design specifications and user stories.
• Review design deliverables and assist testing and build activities.
• Coordinate implementation of solution designs with stakeholders.
• Transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff.
