Job summary

Hatchit Studios is seeking experienced Senior Siebel Developers for contract opportunities with a major Australian Federal Government department. You will support Siebel CRM solutions underpinning critical aged care services, including My Aged Care, delivering scalable, secure implementations.

With seven positions available, the role requires hands-on Siebel development, integrations, testing and production support in a DevSecOps environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Siebel CRM development.
• Strong hands-on Siebel configuration, workflows, business services and integration development.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing end-to-end Siebel integration solutions.
• Sound understanding of Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) components, performance and scalability.
• Experience developing detailed technical documentation and unit test specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and unit test Siebel CRM solutions in accordance with technical standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain Siebel integrations using business services, workflows, integration objects, XML and web services.
• Deliver system enhancements, defect resolution, application sustainment and production support.
• Prepare technical solution designs, data model documentation and unit test specifications.
• Conduct code reviews, technical assessments and quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate with architecture, development, testing, release and production support teams.
• Support deployment, release management and post-release validation activities.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring and knowledge transfer to development teams.
• Ensure development activities align with DevSecOps practices, security requirements and departmental standards.
