Job summary

Lucid Consulting Australia is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support engineering and Defence projects. You will work with Design Managers and project teams to keep activities on track, maintain schedules, and handle reporting and governance.

The role requires 3–5 years in project coordination, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Baseline security clearance or eligibility to obtain one is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project coordination or related roles.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience managing project schedules and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Baseline security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, workshops and reviews, including agendas, minutes and action registers.
• Maintain project schedules, plans, documentation and reporting tools.
• Coordinate communications with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, actions, risks and issues to keep deliverables on track.
• Support governance, reporting requirements and project dashboards.
• Assist with Deltek setup, invoicing, fee forecasting and budget tracking.
• Support Design Managers with commercial reporting and resource planning.
• Coordinate project logistics (travel, site access, onboarding).
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and templates for consistent delivery.
