Downer Professional Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of complex Defence capability outcomes within a Commonwealth environment. You will contribute to project planning, governance, reporting, risk management, procurement activities, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project delivery across the capability lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience delivering Defence/government projects.
• Strong planning, governance and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with procurement, contracts, financial management and risk management.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain project management documentation (plans, schedules, reports, governance artefacts).
• Monitor progress against milestones, budgets and deliverables; identify risks and issues; propose corrective actions.
• Support procurement and contract management; ensure compliance with Defence policies.
• Coordinate meetings, stakeholder engagement, action tracking, and reporting across government and industry.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and manage change processes (scope/schedule/budget).
